Trash Fairies SMS Messaging Program

The following terms apply to all SMS/text message communications sent by Trash Fairies, LLC.

  1. By opting in to receive text messages from Trash Fairies LLC, you may receive messages related to: courier job opportunities and application status updates; onboarding information and next steps for new couriers; valet trash and recycling service updates for residents; property management inquiries and service notifications; and promotional or informational messages about Trash Fairies services and availability in your area.

  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number or short code from which you received our message. After sending STOP, we will send a final confirmation SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further messages after that. If you’d like to re-enroll, simply sign up again through the same channel you used originally.

  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at info@trashfairies.com or 434-414-1624.

  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  5. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Trash Fairies LLC and may include application follow-ups, service notifications, or periodic promotional messages.
